Who can order at wholesale pricing?
Licensed dental practices, DSOs, and group buying organizations. We verify a dental license once when your account is created — after that, wholesale pricing and NET-30 are automatic on every order.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. You can reorder a single case anytime at standard wholesale. Volume discounts unlock automatically — 10% at $640 and 15% at $1,350.
How does NET-30 work?
Approved practices receive an invoice due 30 days after delivery — no card charged up front. First orders may ship on card or prepay while your license verification clears, then NET-30 applies going forward.
What does shipping cost?
Orders of $500 or more ship free. Below that, flat-rate ground shipping is calculated at checkout. Everything ships from our cGMP facility within 1–2 business days, fully tracked.
Can I set up automatic reorders?
Yes. Turn on a standing order — monthly or quarterly — at your locked tier price. Pause, skip, or change quantities anytime. It's the simplest way to keep MiraChlor stocked chair-side in your practice.
