I’ve been using HOCl solution on my eczema-affected leg. This condition has bothered me for over 25 years, causing immense discomfort. I’ve undergone numerous treatments, only to experience relapses and constant itching. After applying HOCl 2-3 times daily for 5 days, the eczema on my leg has completely disappeared, and the itching is gone (without the need for any dermatological medications).
